Medical Office Building & Assisted Living Construction

It is our number one goal to ensure the personal vision of each practice is showcased in the design and construction of their facility. Working through the planning phases directly with the doctors, we develop a design/build plan tailored specifically to their needs. Today, many of the office buildings we work on incorporate the use of sustainable design. This trend not only creates a positive impact on the environment, but reduces energy cost, especially in the long-run. As you will see in much of the healthcare sector, facilities are continually renovating. This holds true in the assisted living market as well, and we’ve been very fortunate to have developed long-lasting relationships in this arena.

Controlling Dust & Noise in Occupied Spaces

Over the years, our project teams have completed renovations that transformed entire floors and wings while the facility remained occupied and 100% operational. As one can imagine, remodeling in occupied facilities presents its own unique set of challenges. However, we understand those risks and know when to take extra caution to ensure patient safety and health is not compromised. Our crews place great emphasis on not interfering with your patient's personal experience. When working, we install full-height, floor-to-ceiling, temporary partitions as a noise and dust barrier. At a minimum, our superintendents have 20 years of experience and have the leadership and expertise to guide the planning, coordination and control of your project from start to finish.  In addition, crews rigorously keep a clean site, use floor protection, walk-off mats, and work with specialized filter systems to control dust.
